The Marquess of Lorne is a mixed-use strata development comprised of two six-story buildings constructed in separate phases. The smaller building, The Marquess West, will be built first.
The Marquess West contains 10 one-bedroom and 17 two-bedroom residential suites along with 3,499 sf of commercial space. All residential suites, excluding Plan J, include a den.
The buildings are constructed with two levels of concrete parkade, a main floor of steel and concrete topped with a suspended concrete slab. Above this slab are five levels of residential wood frame construction.
